Mission and activities
The TREE Center focuses on research for education in emergency medicine and anaesthesia; it includes programmes using innovative teaching techniques including high fidelity simulation. The High Fidelity/full scale simulation activities address medical students, residents, nurses and other healthcare professionals. The TREE center offers a high volume (>1,300 learner hours in 2017) of simulations for disparate learners. Faculty development opportunities offered by TREE include best practices of simulation design, implementation, and debriefing.
